Comcast advised that funds have gone to TSPN; therefore Comcast is fulfilling educational requirements.\~ The Amador Public Education Channel funds were given to TSPN for that purpose, and there may be an opening in establishing another connection. \line Connecting via Ione is inconsistent, connecting via the Web has 10-12 second delays, and establishing a connection with Sacramento State was denied licensing.
